Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Journeyman or Foreman Metal Workers to lead and support our installation teams. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in HVAC and sheet metal installation, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to oversee job site operations. This role involves interpreting complex blueprints, coordinating crews, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and driving project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and read detailed blueprints and construction drawings to understand project scope.
Supervise and coordinate sheet metal crews on residential and commercial job sites.
Ensure timely and high-quality installation of:
Ductwork and equipment (MUA, furnaces, AC, HRVs, etc.)
VAV boxes and fan coil units
Rooftop unit (RTU) distribution systems
Air volume balancing dampers
Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with all HVAC codes, safety practices, and project specifications.
Perform hands-on installation work when necessary, setting standards for team performance.
Train and mentor apprentices and junior tradespeople.
Manage and report on-site project progress, material needs, and safety concerns to project managers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while enforcing safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
Red Seal or equivalent Journeyman certification in Sheet Metal.
5+ years of experience in HVAC/sheet metal installation.
1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead role.
Deep understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
Ability to manage crews, coordinate schedules, and resolve on-site challenges.
Exceptional blueprint reading and layout skills.
Proficient with hand and power tools, as well as HVAC testing and measurement equipment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Hourly Pay: $35.00–$45.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and role)
