Production Associate (Electromechanical)

Location: Vancouver, BC

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Your impact as a Production Associate:

As a Production Associate, youll assemble, wire, and test our electric power systems. Youll follow detailed drawings, use hand tools safely, and help keep the shop floor organized, clean, and efficient. You'll work closely with our production and engineering teams.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical parts
• Read and follow wiring and assembly drawings
• Use hand tools and follow safety and quality standards
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives
• Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or assembly (electronics preferred)
• Hands-on experience with wiring or electronic components
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (required)
• Knowledge of IPC 7711/7721 (an asset)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Able to lift 3050 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods
• Team player with a positive attitude
