TRG is hiring for packagers for our client based in Pickering, ON. Our client is a big manufacturer of handmade organic bar soaps.
Intersection: Hwy 401 & White Roads
Shift: Mon – Thurs 8:00 am – 4:30 pm & Fridays 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour, weekly pay, via direct deposit.
Job Responsibilities:
· Packaging personal care products such as bar soaps and liquid hand wash bottles· Assembling light cardboard boxes and displays· Labelling and wrapping product to prepare for distribution· Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse· Ability to lift up to 50lbs· Ability to frequent bending, standing and lifting
Safety Equipment Required:
· Required CSA Approved steel toe safety shoes must be in good condition and be labelled with a green triangle that represents approval to work in industrial work environments – more information can be found here.What we need from you:· Good communications skills (verbal and written)· Previous manufacturing experience in a packaging environment is considered a strong asset· Experience working in a fast-paced environment
