We are looking for a warehouse supervisor to join our team in Delta! This is a full-time, long-term position with room to grow! If you have experience working as a Lead Hand or Supervisor in a warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL facility - apply today!

You will oversee all functions of and supervise leads and specialists in tasks directly related to outbound shipments. You will be the first point of contact in representing the facility to drivers, client contacts, and outbound supporting vendors. We are looking for someone to lead our amazing staff!

Duties:

• Drive pace and maintain the flow of the team's work while overseeing outbound shipments
• Ensure flow and throughput of entire operation is optimized by communicating with the management team
• Clear roadblocks for your team by identifying procedural waste
• Represent and explain the order outbound process area to clients and business contacts
• Oversee staff in the Outbound department
• Ensure that the staff is adequately trained in their primary function and cross-trained in secondary functions

Pay Rate:

• $56,000 - $65,000 / year

Shift:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 40 hours + per week on your SIN
• Must have experience working as a team lead or supervisor in a warehouse, 3PL, or distribution center
• Inventory control experience is an asset
