Senior Marketing Manager (Remote within Canada)

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of crafting and executing bold marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement and growth for Multiview and our solutions.
Were looking for a sharp B2B SaaS marketer who can think big, move fast, and collaborate effortlessly with Sales, Product, and Client Success.
Youll play a key role in shaping how the world sees Multiview: supporting storytelling efforts, contributing to cross-channel campaigns, and helping position our solutions as the de facto ERP for healthcare finance teams across North America.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, and events to elevate brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance by analyzing data, measuring KPIs, and refining strategies to meet business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing automation, campaign architecture, and demand generation reporting.
- Represent Multiview at industry events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that captures attention and drives engagement.
Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Co-develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned to corporate growth goals and product roadmap milestones.
- Work in close partnership with product and sales teams to understand buyer pain points and ensure marketing aligns with customer needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of Multiviews messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across channels and resonance with target audiences.
- Play a key role in competitive analysis and market research efforts to inform go-to-market strategy and keep our team ahead of industry trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Deliver clear, data-backed updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, insights, and campaign outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance marketing dashboards and reporting tools to support agile decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Translate data and market trends into strategic recommendations that guide future initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to ensure unified messaging, smooth handoffs, and campaign alignment.

- Multiviews internal and external stakeholders
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Extensive collaboration with team members and other departments
- Works remotely within North America
COMPETENCIES PORTFOLIO:
- Technical Skills Strong in-depth knowledge of the Multiview product is required to perform the role competently. This level of expertise is gained through extensive on the job experience
- Problem Solving - Proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet the requirements of the project are required.
- Interpersonal Skills Ability to effectively communicate and work with various team members both internally and externally. Strong verbal communication skills are required.
- Organization Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure the smooth implementation of Multiview Financial software based on contract specifications.
- Initiative Seeks, accepts and completes new tasks using own initiative; works independently with little supervision.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business or similar, and is familiar with the following software/tools:
- Marketo
- Hubspot
- WordPress
- Experience building integratedmarketing programs and reporting on the results
- Proven experience with modern digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel within North America as necessary
