Job Description

Paylidify Canada is currently looking for a Corporate Sales Consultant with a proven track record of growth and success. The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a team environment and excel in a target and goal orientated environment. This isn't a typical role. Our business is growing and we operate in a very agile environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a culture of harnessing ongoing process improvement and a ‘can do' attitude. Ideal candidates will have experience working with client relationship management tools and strive towards growth and advancement. We are looking for a Corporate Sales Consultant to drive new business acquisition. Your creativity, tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for problem-solving will help you find opportunities for Paylidify to help small and medium sized merchants grow. Your extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills help you connect with customers by email, phone, and in-person - establishing trust and relationships, and building value throughout the sales process. In this role, you will work collaboratively and strategically with our Regional Management teams to target, position and acquire net new businesses that are a good fit for Paylidify. Opportunities for successful candidates will include growth opportunities into new regions across Canada and the US

You will preferably:

  • Lead the charge introducing Paylidify to SMB organizations with an opportunity to simplify and improve operations and identify customer benefits

  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with other teams to ensure successful customer onboarding

  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships as well as navigate partner organizations to identify and to influence decision makers

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts

  • Partner with Administration, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market

  • Use your prior sales experience to help innovate and adopt a creative go-to market strategy

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a qualifying or prospecting role

  • Drive to succeed in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience or an interest in outbound sales and prospecting

  • Proven over-performance in a quota-carrying role

  • Developed interpersonal skills that allow you to build rapport and relationships with new and existing customers

  • A structured thought process with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers

  • An interest in implementing feedback and dedication to the improvement of your craft

  • An interest in internal growth and development.

  • Tenacity and an ability to adapt to new situations quickly

Job Criteria

- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
