Location: HYBRID - Remote & Toronto Head Office location

Estimated duration: July - December 2025

Salary: $18 - $21/hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Mandatory 2-3 days in office

Were looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Support Intern to join our team. You will work closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing to support strategic growth initiatives through research, outreach, and content development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to learn how marketing supports broader organizational goals in the health tech space.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in identifying and researching target organizations for outreach across various sectors (academic, Indigenous, first responder, etc.)
  • Help coordinate outbound communication efforts, including email campaigns, contact list management, and follow-up tracking
  • Support the development of marketing materials, such as one-pagers, presentations, blog posts, and email copy
  • Collaborate on content strategy for Keel Minds Wellness Hub, helping to curate and organize resources
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales and outreach planning
  • Help with internal marketing organizationmanaging brand assets, file organization, and version control
  • Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to marketing brainstorms and reporting

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and research skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or basic CRM tools (like Pipedrive or HubSpot) is an asset
