We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our client's team at their facility in Brampton, ON. Previous experience in a Customer Service role within the Transportation industry and experience with TruckMate are required for this job.

Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $22.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Customer service
• Calculating rates for rail/intermodal
• Invoicing
• Auditing freight bills
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry
• TruckMate experience
• Experience calculating rates for rail/intermodal freight
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent administrative and data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to work full-time Monday-Friday
