A Day in the Life of a Project Coordinator
You're the behind-the-scenes powerhouse keeping projects on track. Supporting one or more Project Managers, you handle admin, estimating, and coordination tasks with precision. You work closely with the Lead Operations and Performance Team lead and Branch Manager to make sure nothing slips through the cracks - from job kickoff to closeout. You know the key players - insurance companies, adjusters, and our service standards - and you use tools like ClaimTrak, Xactimate, and Microsoft Office to keep everything running smoothly. Bottom line? You help deliver projects on time, every time with a smile every day!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 + years of admin experience combined with a POSITIVE attitude and a learner's mindset (construction or restoration experience a BONUS)
You've got solid computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Xactimate, and XactAnalysis are a bonus
Typing? You're fast.
You're comfortable with numbers and have basic math skills to support administrative and accounting tasks
You're the kind of person who spots errors others miss and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
A natural organizer with a calm, can-do attitude-even when things get hectic
Friendly, professional, and always ready to help - you're the go-to teammate for colleagues and clients
