SmartSkin Technologies provides manufacturing optimization solutions globally to the food,

award-winning Quantifeel sensor and software solutions. While most of our engineering and

Smart Skin Technologies is looking to add an Assembly Technician to our growing team. This position is responsible for assembling our digital twins while following quality control protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs assembly and calibration of SmartSkin digital twins.
• Combines printed circuit boards and batteries into machined housings and incorporates SmartSkins proprietary sensing technology.
• Tasks require very fine motor skills and attention to detail along with some technical skills such as electronics component hand soldering.
• Works in a team production environment that is productivity-focused, fast-paced and withholds high standards for safety and quality.
• Follow proper procedures and endeavor to find ways to continuously improve processes in alignment with SmartSkins quality standards and Quality Policy.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electronics and electronic components
• Great attention to detail
• Electronics component hand-soldering skills
• Basic use of electronic trouble-shooting tools (multimeter, etc.)
• Fine motor skills required to work with and assemble small components
• Willingness to learn
• Demonstrable hands-on skills
• Commitment to industrial standards and safety
