- Manageanassignedblockofclientengagements,includingcompilation,review,audit,andallrelatedcorporateandpersonaltaxfilings,whileactivelyengaginginbusinessadvisory.
- Planengagements,superviseteams,monitorbudgets,andcommunicateresultstoclients.
- Deliverhigh-qualityassuranceandadvisoryservices,ensuringcompliancewithprofessionalstandardsanddeadlines.
- Ensuretimelyidentificationandresolutionofsignificantauditandaccountingissues.
- Maintainaccurateprojectfinancialsincludingbudgets,WIP,billing,collections,andvarianceanalysis.
- Monitortimelinesandadjustwherenecessary,keepingclientsinformedofprojectstatus.
