As our new Senior Plumber, you'll take the lead on residential and light commercial plumbing installations, particularly in new construction. Your expertise will enable us to take on more plumbing-heavy projects while upholding our high standards. This is a hands-on role that offers autonomy, variety, and the satisfaction of delivering great work to great clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lay out, install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and waste systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, installation diagrams, and manufacturers' specs
  • Perform full-cycle plumbing work on new custom homes and major renovations
  • Troubleshoot issues and complete high-quality service and repair work
  • Install and service well pumps and related systems (preferred)
  • Collaborate with our team and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Follow safety protocols and Ontario plumbing codes and standards

Requirements

  • Valid 309A Plumber Certificate of Qualification (Red Seal)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in residential plumbing
  • Valid Class G driver's license
  • Experience with new construction plumbing installations
  • Familiarity with well pump systems is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Comfortable with a service area that may include moderate travel from Ottawa, Kingston, or Cornwall

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full time position
  • Competitive hourly rate at CAD$35 to CAD$40 (depending on experience and licensing)
