Responsibilities:

• Positively promoting the restaurant and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Memorizing the menu and having an understanding of the dishes and ingredients.
• Attending Pre-shift meetings to stay informed of any changes in the restaurant menu or service
• Shift preparation, service, and closing duties
• Following the Serving It Right guidelines to ensure guest safety
• Offering service support to any team members when needed

Qualifications:

• Serving It Right
• Previous experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred
• Passion for the food and beverage industry
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
