Do you love innovation, design, and tackling challenges? Are you eager to contribute to an organization's product development process? If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, this could be the perfect fit for you!

We're looking for a Packaging Development Specialist to help design, test, and bring to life innovative packaging solutions. From early concept through to production, you'll partner with internal teams and external collaborators to deliver packaging that meets top standards for quality, function, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging Sourcing: Evaluate the feasibility of packaging options based on quality, cost, and functional requirements.

Testing & Validation: Create testing procedures and SOPs to ensure materials are compatible and dispensing functions meet standards.

Design & Artwork Collaboration: Work alongside designers and suppliers to develop packaging that impresses consumers and complies with global regulations.

Project Management: Manage packaging initiatives from start to finish, keeping timelines on track and coordinating efforts across teams.

Production Support: Partner with engineering and production during product launches to provide hands-on assistance and lead improvement efforts.

Vendor Engagement: Develop strong relationships with vendors, evaluate co-packers, and perform audits to maintain high packaging standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods sector, with a proven ability to bring new products to market

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering—or a related field

  • In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with rigid primary packaging

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams to deliver effective, compliant, and sustainable packaging

  • Proficiency in design and technical tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with packaging validation standards (ISO, ASTM), and understanding of relevant regulations and GMP guidelines

Nice to Have: Project management certification and a proactive approach to risk management and creative problem-solving.

What We Provide

  • Exciting and forward-thinking projects in a supportive team setting

  • Opportunities for learning and career advancement

  • A real chance to influence product development with your packaging expertise

Bring your passion for packaging to a workplace where your ideas matter. We're excited to see the difference you can make!
