We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, ON
Start Date: Immediately
Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Location: Bramalea Rd & Derry Rd
Rate: $23/hour
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete daily customer reports
• Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients
• Manage and resolve escalated issues with professionalism
• Support operations across 3 terminals
• Mediate and negotiate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry
• Strong computer skills - AS400 experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues
• Proven track record of multitasking and being detail-oriented
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive, "can-do" attitude with a passion for results
• Clean criminal background required
