The clinic offers a wide range of treatments, from injectables to advanced skin care treatments all designed to help clients look and feel their best. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join their team and help drive their continued success.As the Clinic Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical aesthetics, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care. This role requires a unique blend of a medical aesthetics background, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth running of the clinic while upholding client care.Key Responsibilities
  • Clinic Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality client care
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
    • Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and skincare products
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of medical equipment
    • Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients
  • Staff Management and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and oversee the staff
    • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
    • Identify and address staff training needs to maintain high standards of care and service
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Client Care :
    • Ensure all clients receive high-quality care and personalized attention
    • Oversee client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
    • Identify areas for improvement
    • Develop strategies to enhance the overall client experience
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage clinic budgets
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
  • Marketing and Business Development:
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for clinic growth and expansion
