️ Job Summary

Fresh Concrete Co. Inc. is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher for the 2025 construction season. Based in Hamilton, Ontario, we tackle a wide range of residential and commercial concrete projects. This is a seasonal full-time position with consistent hours throughout spring, summer, and fall.

We're looking for a hard-working finisher who knows how to get on knee boards, finish flatwork, and set forms with confidence. If you bring experience, energy, and reliability—you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete using knee boards, floats, hand trowels, and power trowels

• Screed, edge, broom, stamp, and cure flatwork to spec

• Build, set, and strip forms for driveways, pads, stairs, and sidewalks

• Read elevations and grade lines

• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient work sites

• Support pours, forming, and site prep as needed

✅ Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in concrete forming and finishing

• Skilled on knee boards with a strong hand finish

• Confident forming for various flatwork (residential & commercial)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather

• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

➕ Assets (Not Required):

• Machine operating experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)

• AR or DZ license
