Location: Brantford, ON (163 Copernicus Blvd. Unit “B”)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Wage Range: $46.00–$52.00 per hour

We're seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Brantford, ON. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for providing reliable heating and cooling solutions to both Institutional, Industrial, and commercial clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service, and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems
  • Install and commission new heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment
  • Diagnose issues, interpret wiring diagrams, and implement long-term solutions
  • Execute system testing, combustion setup, and performance checks on boilers and other HVAC units
  • Provide accurate documentation, including service reports and material lists
  • Support customers with clear, professional communication and reliable follow-up
  • Assist with job site assessments, warranty claims, and system upgrades
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs

  • ERV/HRVs
  • Direct and Indirect Fired Equipment

What You Bring:

  • 313A Refrigeration Certificate of Qualification (required)
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention Certificate (required)
  • G1 Gas License (preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and clean abstract (required)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC service experience
  • Personal hand tools
  • Knowledge of mechanical controls, building automation systems (BAS), and combustion tuning
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team/crew
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working at heights when required.

  • Hourly pay of $46.00–$54.00, based on experience

Your Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, Day Shift
  • Occasional overtime and on-call as part of a rotation
  • Local/regional travel within 90-minute service radius
