The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day warehouse operations.

• Responsible for fulfilling orders, receiving samples, indexing, filing into racking and shipping to client sites.
• Any knowledge of oil and gas data or drilled core samples is an asset.
• Being very comfortable with Microsoft Windows applications is necessary
• The successful candidate will prove to have exceptional planning and organization skills
• Physically be able to lift 30lb boxes throughout the day

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The Warehouse Lead must work very well with others.
• Complete tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Maintain confidentiality of client account information.
• Create open communications with the Operations Manager.
• Operate and maintain warehouse forklift machines.
• Keep the asset tracking software constantly updated.
• Contribute to a clean and orderly warehouse operation.
• Assist in training new warehouse staff.
• Participate in all relevant company meetings and training events.
• Assist Operations Manager to resolve any issues.
• Act in accordance by all Health & Safety responsibilities.
