About The Role:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of Clutch. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling calls, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional way
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist with managing scheduling and appointments
  • Provide support with vehicle ownership documents, key tagging, and related tasks
  • Support Administration to ensure all documents are prepared before customers arrive
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front customer reception area
  • Handle incoming mail and deliveries
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed
We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Authorization to work in Canada
  • Clean criminal background checks
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack and excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable working on-site at our 5400 Minoru Blvd, Richmond location
