At SyBridge Technologies, we prioritize safety every day across all our Canadian locations. As ourHSE Systems Manager, youll play a pivotal role in our operations team, leading the charge on developing and implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives. Reporting to theVP, Human Resources, youll partner with leadership and employees to create a proactive safety environment, minimize workplace risks, and champion a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

  • Develop HSE policies, programs, processes, standards, and plans that will ensure facilities are in compliance with local, provincial, and federal rules and regulations and aligned to the strategic direction of the Company.
  • Ensure all elements of the HSE program encompass best practices, industry and global standards and trends.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in HSE to senior leadership team and respective H&S committees.
  • Lead the development and integration of multiple business units and facilities into one HSE program.
  • Assess current needs and gaps with a focus on risk analysis and long-term strategies to create a high performance, zero incident safety organization.
  • Provide strong leadership and effective mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the operational leaders and teams.
  • Oversee federal environmental reporting, permitting, and due diligence as required.

What You Bring

  • A diplomaor bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in Health & Safety or a related fieldpreferably at a managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of OHSA, Industrial Regulations, andCanadian safety standards.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to various SyBridge locationsacross the Windsor region.
