Duties

• Provide haircuts, fade, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products.
• Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

Qualifications

We are looking for Professional barbers and hairstylists.

• Minimum 5 years of professional barbering or Hairstyling experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Canada.
• A valid certificate.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work (Social media account, etc.)
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, as upselling products is encouraged.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends as needed
