Responsibilities:
- Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
- Optimize Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through:
- Treatment plan monitoring
- Patient information flow
- Continuous patient contact
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
- Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
- Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships.
- Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
- Accurately file patient information, ensuring that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Manage recall and inactive patient system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous dental administration experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community; a team player.
- Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
- Knowledge of any dental software required.
