We are currently seeking a Full-Time Andrologist to join our Victoria clinic. This role includes participation in a Saturday rotation.

About You
You are passionate about patient care and understand the importance of accuracy, discretion, and empathy in a clinical setting. You're a team player—adaptable, organized, and precise—with a strong sense of responsibility. You're also someone who values professionalism while bringing warmth and compassion to every patient interaction.

Your Responsibilities

???? Exceptional Patient Care

• Provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism

• Advocate for patients and maintain strong communication throughout their journey

???? Technical Expertise

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic andrology procedures, including:

  • Semen analysis

  • Sperm washes for IUI and IVF

  • Trial washes

  • Semen cryopreservation/thaw

  • Preparation of donor specimens for insemination

• Maintain rigorous sterile technique and laboratory standards with meticulous attention to detail

???? Relationship Building

• Be a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic

• Adapt to changing clinical environments with grace

• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written

What You Bring to the Table

• Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist (CSMLS) or Bachelor's degree in Biological Science

• Previous clinical lab experience preferred

• CFAS Andrologist Certification is an asset

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
