We are Canada's gold and silver professionals. The Canada Gold family is one of the countrys largest jewellery, precious metal, and diamond buyers, and sellers of gold and silver bullion. At our retail locations in Mississauga and Toronto, we provide free appraisals and quotes for customers who bring in their valuables. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best prices, information, and expert advice when considering selling their valuables and/or investing in precious metals.

About the Position:
We are looking for full-time Precious Metals Consultants and Dealers to join our growing team. This is an in-person role where youll meet with customers who are buying or selling gold and other precious metals. Full in-store customer service training will be provided.

Please note: This role requires a mandatory six-week training period at our Mississauga location:

8 Thomas Street, Streetsville, Mississauga, Ontario L5M 1Y5, Canada
Reliable transportation is required.
Following training, employees will be asked to work or fill in at the Mississauga location based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Accurately assess customers precious metals in a timely manner using tools provided
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work on additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $18.00$25.00 per hour
Additional Pay: Bonus pay
Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift weekdays & weekends

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
Must have reliable transportation to attend training and to commute or relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
