REQUIREMENTS

- The ability to read, write, and speak both French or English
- Computer and software proficiency
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Previous experience would be an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
- Develop an in-depth understanding of current inventory
- Assist customers in selecting a product by engaging in active listening and responding accordingly
- Explain product, application, and benefits
- Build rapport with customers
- Report to the parts manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
