What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide high-level administrative support to the company President and key executives
• Anticipate the needs of the President to proactively address scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
• Organize, attend, and support executive meetings: preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring appropriate follow-through
• Coordinate complex and frequently changing calendars, appointments, and travel logistics with accuracy and foresight
• Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and documentation with clarity and professionalism
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing internal and external communications with discretion
• Support personal tasks and errands for the President as required
• Seasonal and annual event planning
• Newsletter creation, culture/event updates in employee portal
• Perform other tasks and special projects aligned with the role as needed
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role
• A polished communicator with exceptional writing, editing, and interpersonal skills; a keen sense of, or experience in hospitality is a plus
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and responsive — with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
• Confident working independently, while being a cooperative and dependable team member
• Skilled at balancing confidentiality with approachability
• A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and thrives on anticipating needs before they arise
• Technologically savvy — proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and calendar management tools
• Ability to travel locally between Lower Mainland locations as needed
Salary from $75,000, however salary commensurate with experience
