We're working with a trusted client in the construction industry who is looking to add an Estimating Administrator to their team. If you're a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Download and organize plans, specifications, addendums, and bid documents.
- Maintain the estimating bid calendar and manage department communications.
- Prepare and format a wide range of documents including confidential bid submissions, contracts, RFPs, reports, and presentations.
- Handle the submission of tender documents through various bidding portals.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate bonding/security documents, insurance certificates, and WSIB files.
- Submit Notice of Projects to the Ministry of Labour.
- Keep company experience data, resumes, and project sheets up to date.
- Support the preparation of prequalification packages, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.
- Organize internal and offsite meetings, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Team-oriented, quick to learn, and adaptable to changing deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
