What will you be doing?

Front Desk Heroics

• Be the friendly face (and voice!) that greets every visitor and caller
• Keep our reception area looking sharp and professional
• Manage meeting room bookings like a scheduling ninja

Client Experience Wizardry

• Make clients feel at home with top-notch hospitality
• Accept payments with a smile
• Stay in the know so you can answer questions like a pro

Office Operations Magic

• Handle mail, packages, and couriers like a logistics champ
• Keep our office stocked and running smoothly
• Support filing and admin tasks
