Overview and Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Director of Clinics, Perioperative and Procedures, this role is accountable for providing strategic, operational and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team within company's multi-specialty clinical programs and practices. This leadership role supports an innovative model of care delivery that fosters inter-specialty collaboration and accelerates access to both general practice and specialty services. The incumbent will champion high-quality patient outcomes, elevate patient and staff experience, and promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term company vision for the clinics department
  • Identify and lead transformational initiatives that support the growth of the clinics
  • Oversee daily operations of clinics (including scheduling), ensuring safe, effective, and timely patient care across all specialties
  • Implement staffing models to maximize patient care outcomes and patient satisfaction while ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient access, reduce wait times, and optimize throughput in the clinic setting
  • Monitor clinical performance indicators, patient outcomes, and feedback to inform practice and enhance care delivery
  • Responsible to the day-to-day oversight of staff and clinical operations, including exam room allocation, patient flow, service delivery, post-visit data analysis, and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and care quality
  • Perform additional duties and undertake special projects as assigned

Corporate Responsibilities

  • Participate in all mandatory training requirements and work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, company Policies and Procedures, as well as established industry guidelines
  • Be responsible for and ensure that all staff supervised are trained and work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, company Policies and Procedures, as well as established industry guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline required
  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline preferred
  • Current registration with professional College/Association
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience with at least 2 years experience in a leadership capacity
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities to address complex issues and align solutions with organizational objectives
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement innovative, effective solutions
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Superior presentation skills
  • Satisfactory passing of a criminal record check/vulnerable sector check
  • Provide proof of Immunization and TB records
