About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and drive new customer acquisition through full-cycle outbound sales. This is a key role for someone who thrives on prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and owning the early sales journey from first touch to qualified opportunity.

What You'll Do
  • Own the top-of-funnel outbound pipeline: identify, research, and engage new prospects across manufacturing verticals (steel, wood, glass, food & beverage, etc.)
  • Execute personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to drive qualified meetings
  • Develop a deep understanding of Maneva's platform and articulate the value proposition to different buyer personas (operations, IT, safety, quality, and engineering leads)
  • Manage and track outreach activities in Salesforce and Apollo, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-ups
  • Qualify leads through discovery and hand off to Account Executives or advance them through the early sales funnel depending on team structure
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, target verticals, and improve outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape go-to-market positioning, product direction, and growth initiatives

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in a technical or manufacturing-related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to run outbound campaigns and convert cold leads into sales conversations
  • Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal — who can explain technical value in simple terms
  • Organized and proactive: able to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, iterate quickly, and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
  • Bonus: Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
