We're seeking a detail-obsessed, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support a top-producing Realtor® and respected real estate coach in Guelph. You'll play a vital role in managing the operations behind a highly relational, referral-based business while also supporting key aspects of the Team Leader's coaching work. This is more than a job. $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage real estate listings and transaction processes from prep to close
- Maintain the Team Leader's calendar, inbox, and coaching schedule
- Coordinate pop-bys, closings, and 2 to 3 annual client appreciation events
- Update and organize database and CRM workflows
- Prepare meeting notes, task lists, and recap communications
- Support marketing logistics (newsletters, social media vendors, gifting)
- Deliver white-glove service through every client and coachee touchpoint
- 2+ years of real estate admin or executive assistant experience
- Tech-savvy and organized; fluent in Google Workspace and CRMs
- Excellent communication and follow-through (verbal and written)
- Calm, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven under pressure
- Able to prioritize tasks and is responsive to dynamic changes in deadlines and tasks
- Demonstrates high integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion in all interactions
- Based in or near Guelph for in-person event and delivery needs
- Bonus: Licensed Realtor® or familiarity with KW systems (not required)
