Purpose of the Function

We're looking for a driven, curious, and customer-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join the sales team atSchema App. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing, and be instrumental in generating new revenue from Enterprises with >1B revenue (Ideal Customer Profile). You'll partner closely with our Business Development Reps and our Marketing team to attract, engage and show our value to digital leaders and their teams. Functional Accountabilities

Sales Execution

    • Lead strategic sales conversations that uncover pain, educate prospects, and create urgency.
    • Own the full buyer journey from discovery to close using our Sales Playbook.
    • Keep CRM records current with detailed activity and notes.
    • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CS to align on GTM efforts and handoffs.

Pipeline Generation

    • Actively prospect into named accounts using outbound tactics (email, social, phone).
    • Work closely with BDRs to prioritize leads and build a high-quality pipeline.

Industry Engagement

    • Attend industry events (virtual and in-person) as a Schema App ambassador.
    • Identify and follow up with event leads to move deals forward.
    • Be an expert in industry changes and news to educate and engage prospects.

Forecasting & Reporting

    • Accurately forecast deal progression weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
    • Use both data and deal insight to predict outcomes and manage risk.

  • Average Contract Value linked to your ability to close Enterprise deals.
