Position: Marketing, Social Media Specialist, and Transaction Coordinator

Are you passionate about real estate and looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Royal LePage Success Team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a motivated and energetic individual to join us as a Marketing, Social Media Specialist, and Deal Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy setting and is eager to make a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (WeChat, YouTube, etc.). Create compelling promotional materials such as PPTs, posters, and videos. Familiarity with Canada Post Admail rules is a plus.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our presence on social media platforms in both English and Mandarin. Manage the company's WeChat account and other Chinese social media platforms to promote real estate listings.
  • AI and Technology Use: Leverage AI tools for real estate marketing strategies and client management. Proficiency in using Google G Suite Apps, Microsoft Office, and real estate CRM software is required. Familiarity with MLS, BrokerBay, and Skyslope systems is preferred.
  • Translation: Translate marketing materials and property listings between English and Mandarin with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Deal Coordination: Manage and process paperwork for real estate transactions with precision, including OREA forms. Ensure timely follow-up with clients, lawyers, and other related personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in real estate administration, social media or a related field is needed
  • Skills: Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Proficiency in social media marketing, graphic design (PPT, Photoshop), and video production. Experience with CRM systems and real estate platforms (MLS, BrokerBay, Skyslope) is advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Work Schedule:

  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday, Noon - 6:00 PM, with flexibility for on-call work during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Location: Office-based in Oakville with potential for remote work depending on workload.

The selected candidate will work side-by-side with me in the office (Oakville). This is a flexible position, full time is preferred.

工作时间:

  • 办公时间: 周一至周五,下午12pm 至5:30pm,必要时可以在早晚居家线上工作,并且周末会有on call。
  • 工作地点: Oakville办公室,视工作需求可能提供部分远程工作机会。
