We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Compensation

• We have a competitive pay package, after a probation period, commission and work uniform will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Engage in sales techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase looks for our customers.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Have an eye for fashion.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills with familiarity in operating POS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. (Mandarin is required)
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
