Siding Installer - Victoria, BC

ROGCS Construction Services is a Victoria-based company specializing in exteriors. We handle everything from siding panels, metal fascia, wall panels, and painting to exterior trim, flashing, soffits, and window/door installations.

We're hiring for a Siding Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead a crew of siding installers on both commercial and residential projects across the Greater Victoria Region. You'll organize day-to-day site activities, manage layout and installation, enforce safety protocols, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on schedule.

Wage: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, permanent full-time

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Work shift timing may change based on season and job site.

What do you need?

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading siding installation projects.

• In-depth experience in siding installations on both commercial and residential projects

• Must be willing to work across different sites in Victoria, Sooke, Sidney, & Duncan.

• Adhere to safety practices, including lifting and handling procedures.

• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

• Must have experience with hand and power tools.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit & able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Your own tools, PPE, hard hat, and safety boots.

• Part of the hiring process may include a criminal record check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead layout and siding installation on-site.

• Measure, mark, and prep surfaces accurately.

• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and digital plans.

• Follow safety protocols at all times.

• Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions.
