Odyssey has an established Medical Direction and symptom relief program to support first responders, medics, and advanced medical team practitioners in providing efficient, discreet and exceptional care.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As an Operations Support – BC Coordination & Administration team member, you will play a key supporting role within Odyssey Medical's in-office operations team, working from the Ontario office (Barrie, ON) to provide administrative and coordination support to the BC field operations. You will be a central administrative contact for the BC region, working closely with the BC Operations and National Dispatch Manager and the National Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth scheduling, real-time support, and accurate documentation for BC events. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about healthcare event logistics. Work schedule may be non-traditional/later in the day to accommodate the difference in time zone.


Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service.
  • Exposure to event operations or healthcare settings.
  • Understanding of BC geography or logistical challenges is an asset.
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, or support-focused role (or equivalent education)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple ongoing items.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and coordinating with a remote team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal.

SALARY RANGE:
$21.00 to $25.00/hour
