Position Overview:
As a at AA LED, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by cold-calling businesses, explaining our product offerings, and assisting clients through the sales process. You will also be responsible for educating potential customers on available grants and rebates while utilizing our CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their training needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Effectively explain the benefits of LED lighting solutions and available grants and rebates to potential customers.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and assisting with any issues that arise.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of AA LED's product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and rebate programs.
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with the team as required.
