About Us

At Peakflow Digital Consulting, we specialize in helping companies build and optimize their digital presence. Our services include designing and developing scalable front-end websites and e-commerce platforms, implementing secure messaging and chat systems, and integrating robust record storage solutions. With a focus on intuitive, human-centered design, we help clients deliver seamless digital experiences that drive growth and lasting impact.

Role Overview

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of a high-impact website project from concept to delivery. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring a user-focused digital product to life. You'll create engaging, accessible, and conversion-friendly designs that reflect our brand and meet user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web interfaces—ideally in an interactive format.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and translate insights into clear user stories and requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and implementation fidelity.
  • Rework and optimize existing user flows to improve functionality, navigation, and overall user experience.
  • Continuously improve website usability and conversion performance through data-driven design updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on websites or web applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web UX best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with developers; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
