We are seeking a strategic-minded people leader to join our team as Reservations & Revenue Manager. You will be working in collaboration with energetic professionals with a proven track record in the hotel industry. Overseeing the day-to-day functions of our in-house reservations team, this is a key role in managing a wide variety of transient guests combining with the conference rooming list and group activities. Compensation Information: $68,000 per annum

Physical Requirement: Light-Medium, predominantly indoors within a hospitality environment, requiring mobility across various operational areas such as guest services, back-of-house, and meeting spaces.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations or Front Office, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; prior Sales experience in a hotel with resort experience a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data from multiple sources (period-end reports, STAR, transient segments, reservations systems) to identify trends, forecast demand, detect obstacles, and propose strategic solutions.
  • Proficient in generating timely and accurate reports, presentations, and forecasts, including RevPAR Index and Market Share strategies.
  • Advanced technical expertise in hotel reservation systems, third-party platforms, rate mapping, and policy auditing; highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A collaborative team leader who mentors, trains, and motivates staff to deliver elevated guest experiences while performing calmly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, financially astute, and experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial statements.
  • Consistently monitors distribution channels for accuracy in hotel positioning and benchmarking.

Primary Responsibilities:

Revenue Management

  • Lead revenue and inventory strategies across Hotel, Residences, and third-party properties to optimize yield and market competitiveness.
  • Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports, including RevMax and STAR analysis, to support forecasting and strategy.
  • Maintain and manage package availability in Opera and OTA channels; adjust packages and rate codes per sales strategy.
  • Implement pricing strategies, monitor rate parity across extranets, and ensure consistent rate distribution.
  • Manage rate restrictions including stop-sell, closeouts, MLOS, and sell-through controls.

Reservations Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the Reservations team, aligning goals with revenue strategy and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain quality control for calls and emails, ensuring adherence to brand and service standards.
  • Share arrival summaries and 10-day forecasts with Operations for staffing and planning.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture with open communication, active feedback, and mutual respect.
  • Support goal setting and tracking with the Director of Sales using performance metrics.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure all guest reservation touchpoints are accurate and seamless for FIT and group travelers.
  • Keep Opera and OTA platforms updated with current packages, availability, and policies.
