Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, you will provide a superior customer service experience that emphasizes strong product knowledge and is delivered in a friendly, outgoing, and helpful manner.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting with customers to determine their jewellery needs.
- Providing a selection of products for customers to choose.
- Delivering sound product knowledge to support customers in their purchase choice.
- Following up as necessary with post purchases and inquiries.
- Use of our various technological programs that are currently in place.
- Cash duties; receiving payment and ensuring accuracy in cash receipts.
- Promoting store sales.
- Working with the team to ensure efficiency in service delivery to customers.
Qualifications needed:
- Previous customer service, preferably in a retail setting.
- A demonstrated record of a positive work ethic.
- A strong desire to learn.
- Ability to learn products in a reasonable time.
- Ability to learn our various technology, i.e., Point of Sales System, EDGE (inventory), and BaseCamp (communications software).
- Willing to work some Saturdays.
