Responsibilities:
- Track activities, opportunities, and accounts through CH tools, utilizing insights to craft strategies and cross-sell opportunities to create richer relationships with existing customers, cementing stickiness and provider-of-choice relationships.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives, highly focused on Field Services LOBs.
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Developing new business opportunities with existing and underpenetrated customers through prospecting, quoting and negotiating solutions
- Establishing industry contacts, activity cadence and adherence to growth strategy
- Build strategic account plans for all owned accounts to win business from competitors
- Ensure customer satisfaction; interact with operations and customers to deliver exceptional service
- Handle disputes, conflicts and troubleshoot with clients
- Deliver effective contract and relationship management
- Document necessary customer information and interaction i.e. Salesforce
- Uphold and role-model corporate values.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of related B2B sales/ Account Management / Business Development experience.
- Previous experience working in Field Services or Industrial Services.
- Waste management/Environmental services experience highly preferred.
- Post Secondary in Environmental Science, chemistry or related preferred.
- Valid G Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional business acumen, value selling and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, teamwork ability, and ability to influence others to produce sustainable relationships.
- Salesforce Software experience required.
