Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts across defined territories
- Build and qualify sales leads
- Proactively respond to customer requests and relationship issues
- Develop relationships with customers/suppliers and with other departments
- Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales/revenue objectives
- Develop territory and account plans
- Promote the company through participation in community and promotional events
- Conduct internal and customer presentations
- At least 2+ years of experience selling to supermarket/grocery chains e.g. loblaws, sobeys
- Ability to build and execute strategic account plans
- Ability to set and meet objectives and deal with highly competitive market demands
- Valid Canadian Driver's License (Driver's abstract will be required at the time of interview)
- Ability to travel locally, nationally and internationally as necessary
