Job Title: Fitness Sales & Studio Growth Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: BFT Eastern Toronto, ON
Compensation:
$25/hour during presale
$20/hour after studio opening
Plus 10% commission on all new membership sales
Schedule: 2030 hours per week (not to exceed 30), including Saturdays and Sundays
Transportation Requirement: Must have reliable personal transportation within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
BFT Eastern in Toronto is hiring a part-time Fitness Sales & Studio Growth Coordinator to help build our member base and community ahead of our grand opening this fall.
This is a hands-on, people-first role combining local sales outreach with grassroots marketing. Youll be responsible for lead generation, relationship-building, and member engagementonline and in person.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead ConversionConnect with new leads daily via phone, text, email, and Instagram DMs
Educate prospects on the BFT training style, pricing, and community
Guide leads toward intro calls, trial events, or in-person activations
Address objections with confidence and empathy
Track outreach, lead progress, and follow-ups in our CRM
Collaborate with the Studio Owner and sales team to hit weekly/monthly goals
Plan and attend pop-up activations, local fitness events, and tabling opportunities
Distribute flyers, passes, and branded swag at coffee shops, gyms, and apartment buildings
Promote BFT Eastern through local partnerships and business collaborations
Co-host and attend Run Club and other community-based fitness initiatives
Onboard new members with warmth, guidance, and ongoing touchpoints
Support community info nights, themed trial classes, and presale events
Ensure all in-person and digital touchpoints are high energy and on-brand
Assist with BFT Easterns Instagram account, including posting Stories, Reels, and updates
Capture photos and short videos at events and activations
Grow digital reach through partnerships and giveaways
Track lead source performance, conversion rates, and event effectiveness
Share learnings with the team to improve outreach efforts
Coordinate smooth handoffs between outreach and studio sales follow-up
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, events, or boutique fitness (preferred)
Energetic communicator who thrives on building relationships
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Confident using Instagram, including Reels and Stories
Reliable personal transportation required for local travel throughout Toronto
