We're Hiring: Loader Operator / Shunt Driver

Are you a reliable, energetic individual who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hands-on team? We're looking for a Loader Operator/Shunt Driver to join our growing operation!

What Youll Do:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):

• Shunting 53-foot waste hauler trailers
• Loading trailers using a John Deere front-end loader and compactor
• Communicating clearly with customers and office staff
• Directing and assisting customers onsite
• Sorting and torching various metals
• Performing general yard cleanup and maintenance

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a front-end loader
• Minimum 1 year of AZ license driving or shunting experience
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically active, outdoor environment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Additional hours as needed
