Customer Service Representative
Join a leading single-source provider of construction accessories, chemicals, and forming products for the non-residential construction industry. Our client has built their stellar reputation through strong, proven products, integrity, responsiveness, and unwavering support to their clientele. This is a great ground floor opportunity to learn and grow in your CSR/Inside Sales capabilities for a 6 to 12 month assignment term. Depending on business needs in 2026, this could move into a permanent position!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $22 to $24/hour
Role Type: Temporary role - supportive team environment that likes to win!
What will you be doing?
- CSR/Inside Sales day is spent communicating with/responding to customers and salespeople via email, phone, and text.
- Answering inquiries on pricing, availability, and product compatibility for construction projects.
- Clients are dealers, fabricators, and precasters.
- Keeping the CRM updated with customer information, orders, and follow-up.
What makes you successful in this role:

- Experience in a customer-engaging role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of, or an aptitude for understanding, construction products and materials.
- Ability to work in the office for a 1-month training period, then 'in office' 3 days/week - Hwy 27 Rexdale Blvd area.
