The Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers and Procurement Team in ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate flow of garments, from raw materials through to final delivery. This is a cross-functional role that connects Procurement, Production, and Logistics, with a strong focus on ERP management and operational accuracy.

You Will:

• Oversee end-to-end production process in our ERP system
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of assembly items and BOMs
• Facilitate inventory adjustments, transfers, fulfillments and receipts of raw materials
• Prepare and maintain tech packs for production
• Create and update production purchase orders
• Support factory payment processing
• Validate costs and shipment quantities
• Communicate production quantities to Sales and Merchandising
• Coordinate inbound shipments with the Logistics team
• Reporting to the Production Director

You Have:

• Post-secondary education in apparel or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a garment manufacturing environment
• ERP experience required; Netsuite strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with garment production processes, ideally in womens suiting and sportswear.
• Comfortable working across departments and managing timelines
• Self motivated, with a strong sense of urgency
