We are currently seeking articulate, driven, and client-focused professionals to join our team as Client Sales Consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, delivering results, and representing a brand with professionalism and pride.

As a Client Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers access leading-edge communications solutions by guiding them through our product offerings with confidence, expertise, and care. This position combines relationship management, consultative selling, and business development, making it an exceptional opportunity for both personal and professional growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized consultations and dynamic in-person presentations to educate clients on the benefits and features of our services.

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Utilize your knowledge of the product portfolio to tailor solutions that align with the specific needs of each customer.

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads provided to you while proactively identifying new business opportunities within assigned areas.

  • Effectively guide prospects through the sales journey using our CRM system to design custom service packages and track interactions.

  • Stay attuned to industry trends and competitive insights to position Rogers offerings in a compelling and relevant way.

  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and customer service across all engagements.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

  • A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions.

  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating, combined with resilience and adaptability in a sales-driven environment.

  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple clients, and work both independently and collaboratively.

  • A proactive, energetic attitude and commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

  • Previous experience in sales, client service, or telecommunications is an asset, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

For the protection of our team, brand, and assets, a company-provided Sterling background check will be required.
