Sales Coordinator
We're looking for a resourceful, outgoing Sales Coordinator to support our client's sales and brand teams in the fast-paced world of consumer food. This is a great opportunity for an up-and-comer looking to build a career in sales, category management, or brand development. You'll be working hands-on with product and store data, new product listings, and sales tools to help fuel growth across key Canadian retail banners.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
  • Excel & Data Mastery: Leverage your Excel skills to build reports, manage pricing files, and analyze sales and distribution data.
  • Product & Category Support: Assist with new item listings, planogram updates, and promotional planning across multiple banners.
  • Retailer Collaboration: Support account managers working with national and regional retailers such as Federated Co-op, Pattison Food Group, and Sobeys.
  • Brand Liaison: Coordinate with brand partners to gather assets, update product information, and execute on marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Systems & Organization: Work within various internal data management and CRM systems to keep information accurate and actionable.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution.
You should have the following in your background to apply:
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas)
  • Naturally outgoing, positive, and resourceful – someone who enjoys connecting with others and making things happen
  • Previous experience or exposure to the food industry or consumer brands preferred
  • Understanding of the Canadian retail landscape – especially banners like Federated Co-op, Pattison Food Group, or Sobeys – is a strong asset
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, hybrid environment
