We are seeking a Property Management Office Administrator to join our team! We are a not for profit with a small building to manage of under 50 units. You must be very personable have strong skills in english speaking and writing. You will be performing clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Experience Google Workspace, Microsoft Office including an emphasis on excel are mandatory. Any experience with Rent Geared To Income (RGI) Administration will be a great asset. Willing to do the ONPHA course on RGI will be required after a 90 day probation period. Bookkeeping experience will be an asset. A strong understanding and like for customer service is necessary since many of our tenants are elderly. We are here to make our tenants happy and assist with any issues that may come forward.
Responsibilities:
- Punctuality is key. Living downtown can be a great asset since the requirement is to be at our office by 9:30AM to open at 10AM.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Track work orders
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
